Role Description The Senior Growth Associate is a full-time, in office role based in Delhi, India. This position focuses on driving business growth through market research, lead generation, and development of sales and marketing initiatives. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing target markets, identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting negotiation and deal closure. The role also involves coordinating marketing campaigns, preparing growth reports and dashboards,



and collaborating with project and design teams to align business development efforts with the firm’s strategic goals. The Senior Growth Associate is expected to take ownership of growth targets, maintain an organized pipeline, and represent the firm professionally at client meetings and industry events.
