Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ghaziabad for a Manager — Performance Marketing / D2C Growth. The role involves developing and executing performance marketing strategies across digital channels to drive direct-to-consumer sales and customer acquisition. The manager will plan, implement, and optimize paid campaigns, manage budgets, and track performance metrics such as ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams on creative assets, landing pages, and offers, overseeing marketing analytics and reporting, and identifying growth opportunities through A/B testing and funnel optimization. The role also includes managing relationships with agencies or external partners,



mentoring team members, and ensuring initiatives align with brand positioning and business goals.
Key Responsibilities:-
• Create the quarterly and monthly D2C growth plan by product, channel, offer, audience, creative requirement, budget and expected contribution.
• Own media budgets, weekly forecasts and reallocation decisions; maintain transparent spending authority and prevent unauthorized overspend.
• Own daily campaign execution across Meta Ads and Google Ads, including budget allocation, pacing, optimization and scaling decisions.
• Build full-funnel campaigns for prospecting, retargeting, customer reactivation and cross-sell while avoiding audience overlap and unnecessary frequency.
• Create structured testing plans for hooks, offers, UGC videos, product demonstrations, static creatives, audiences, landing pages and checkout flows.
