About Auryx Industry
Auryx Industry manufactures and supplies precision components and packaging materials for the semiconductor and electronics assembly supply chain, working with OSAT and electronics manufacturing partners across India. We're building our manufacturing capacity and partner network from the ground up, with an eye toward expanding into adjacent industries (automotive, aerospace/defense) as we scale. We're looking for an experienced hand to help get the foundation right.

Role Overview
Part-time, hybrid contract. You'll work directly with leadership as a technical advisor — helping us stand up manufacturing processes, sourcing channels, and quality systems correctly from the start, not managing day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities
- Advise on manufacturing process setup and scaling: material selection, dimensional tolerancing, and process qualification for our packaging and precision component lines
- Help structure sourcing and channel relationships with OCMs, Tier-1 distributors,



and OSAT partners
- Guide our quality management system build-out (ISO 9001 and relevant component-quality standards) so it's audit-ready as we scale, and help us understand what additional certifications (e.g. IATF 16949, AEC-Q100) we'd need to serve automotive and other regulated industries down the line
- Advise on logistics and component-tracing setup appropriate to our current scale — warehousing, traceability, and handling of sensitive materials

What We're Looking For
- 8+ years in semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, or OSAT operations
- Working knowledge of component-quality and reliability standards (ISO 9001, JEDEC, ESD handling protocols)
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks relevant to expanding into other industries — RoHS/REACH, IATF 16949 (automotive), AEC-Q100, or export control basics (ITAR/EAR) is a robust plus, even if not required on day one
- Experience sourcing components
