What you'll own:

Full-Funnel Performance Marketing: build, launch, and optimize high-converting ad campaigns across Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
MarTech & Automation Stack: integrate Brevo with Shopify, Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics to build email and WhatsApp marketing workflows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, VIP nurture sequences)
Content & Campaign Creation: write persuasive ad copy and design/direct creative assets (images, short-form video, carousels) that convert cold traffic into buyers
Omnichannel Execution: combine paid acquisition (Meta/Google) with retention channels (email/WhatsApp) to maximize ROAS and customer LTV
Direct strategy sessions with the founders: you'll help shape where this brand goes, not just execute someone else's plan

Who you are:

The exceptional fresher / self-taught marketer: you might not have years of agency experience, but your knowledge of paid media, tracking
