Role Description The Co-Founder & Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) at FitOmg is a full-time, remote role responsible for leading all marketing, brand, and growth initiatives. Day-to-day activities include defining the overall marketing strategy, developing and executing campaigns across digital channels, and establishing a clear brand voice and positioning in the fitness and wellness space.
The role involves overseeing customer acquisition and retention, collaborating on product and content roadmaps, and analyzing performance data to guide decision-making. The Co-Founder & CMO will work closely with other founders to set company objectives, manage budgets, build strategic partnerships, and support fundraising and investor communications as needed. This position requires hands-on execution, leadership in building and mentoring a small team, and an entrepreneurial mindset focused on scalable growth.
Qualifications
Solid analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and make data-informed decisions.
Excellent communication skills for clear messaging, cross-functional collaboration, storytelling, and stakeholder engagement.
Demonstrated experience in marketing, especially growth or digital marketing, with a track record of building and scaling brands.
