About the Role
We're looking for a Client Growth Partner who can become the bridge between DesignXchange, our clients, and our internal creative and technology team.
This isn't a traditional customer-support role.
You'll be involved in understanding what businesses actually need, turning conversations into actionable project requirements, coordinating designers and developers, managing timelines, and helping build long-term client relationships.
You'll also get exposure to how an early-stage SaaS and digital studio discovers problems that can eventually become products of our own.
We're looking for someone who doesn't wait for instructions for every small thing.
You see a problem → understand it → take ownership → move it forward.
What You'll Do
Communicate directly with clients through calls, meetings and messages
Understand client requirements, goals and business problems
Convert discussions into clear project briefs
Coordinate with UI/UX designers, brand designers and developers
Track project milestones and deadlines
Organize client feedback
Coordinate revisions and approvals




Keep clients informed about project progress
Identify scope changes and communicate them clearly
Help prepare proposals and project discussions
Maintain strong professional relationships with clients
Follow up on pending approvals, content and payments
Identify opportunities for repeat business
Support client onboarding and project handover
Help improve DesignXchange's client-management processes
Participate in discovering recurring business problems that could become future SaaS/product opportunities
