About the Role
The SCM- Packing Planning (mAbs) is responsible for leading end-to-end global packaging planning and scheduling across the monoclonal antibody portfolio. The role owns short- and medium-term packing capacity planning, packaging master production scheduling, inventory optimization, packaging material readiness,



and execution governance to ensure uninterrupted supply to global markets. It ensures optimized utilization of packaging resources while maintaining service, compliance, inventory, and working-capital objectives. The role provides strategic leadership for packaging planning processes, drives planning excellence, supports current-product launches, and establishes scalable planning capabilities for future portfolio growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Packaging Master Production Scheduling (MPS)
Own and govern rolling packaging plans across the mAbs portfolio.
Develop weekly, monthly, and quarterly packaging schedules aligned with global supply plans and market priorities.
Ensure plans are feasible and capacity-constrained, considering packaging line and manpower availability, batch release status,
packaging material readiness, artwork readiness, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor packing plan adherence, identify deviations, and drive timely correct
