We’re Hiring | Portfolio & Operations Analyst – Jaipur & Gurugram

We’re looking to add 2 Portfolio & Operations Analysts to the Ilios 72 Alternate Capital team—one in Jaipur and one in Gurugram.

Locations: Jaipur (1) & Gurugram (1)
Joining: Immediate

What You’ll Do

•⁠ ⁠Manage client onboarding, KYC, account opening, and coordination with AMCs, PMS, AIFs, brokers, and other investment partners.
•⁠ ⁠Handle day-to-day portfolio operations, transaction execution, and investment documentation.
•⁠ ⁠Prepare monthly portfolio reports, presentations, and client updates.
•⁠ ⁠Support portfolio reviews, restructuring, and rebalancing decisions.




•⁠ ⁠Work closely with the leadership team on client servicing, portfolio management, and operational excellence.

Who We’re Looking For

•⁠ ⁠Graduate in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or a related field.
•⁠ ⁠1–2 years of experience in wealth management, portfolio operations, or financial services.
•⁠ ⁠CFA Level I cleared (Level II or above preferred).
•⁠ ⁠Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
•⁠ ⁠Proficiency in MS Excel and Claude AI integration with agents
•⁠ ⁠Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
