Academic Counsellors for ROW (Rest of World) markets play a pivotal role in engaging international parents via calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video, understanding their child's needs, showcasing program USPs (like champion teachers), and driving enrollments through consultative sales to meet weekly targets

Key Responsibilities

● Connect with ROW-based parents via outbound/inbound calls, WhatsApp, emails, and video
meetings to explain BrightChamps programs.
● Understand the child’s current learning level and recommend the right courses and learning paths.
● Convert qualified leads into enrolments by handling objections and clearly communicating value and outcomes.
● Maintain follow-up rigor using CRM tools and ensure timely updates on lead status and conversions.
● Achieve weekly and monthly revenue, conversion, and call productivity targets in a
performance-driven workplace.
