Our SOC Analysts are frontline defenders—turning raw logs into actionable intelligence, triaging threats with precision, and ensuring 24/7 security posture alignment with global standards like ISO 27001 and NIST. Role & Responsibilities

Monitor, triage, and escalate security incidents in real-time using ManageEngine Log360 SIEM dashboards and alerting frameworks.
Conduct forensic analysis of security events—IPs, user behavior, file changes, privilege escalations—to determine root cause and impact.
Develop and refine correlation rules and custom reports in Log360 to reduce false positives and enhance detection accuracy.
Collaborate with L1 analysts and L3 incident responders to streamline playbook execution and escalation pathways.
Document incident response workflows,



maintain runbooks, and ensure compliance with SLA-driven incident timelines.
Participate in vulnerability scanning coordination, threat hunting exercises, and quarterly audit readiness reviews.
