Role Description This is a full-time Sales Executive role based in Surat with a hybrid work arrangement, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Sales Executive will manage and grow customer relationships, handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries, and follow up on leads to drive revenue. Daily responsibilities include presenting product features and benefits, negotiating pricing within set guidelines, and closing sales while ensuring a positive customer experience.



The role involves coordinating with internal teams on inventory, order processing, and delivery timelines, as well as maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer feedback. The Sales Executive will also support promotional campaigns, contribute insights on market trends, and help strengthen PLG Merch’s brand presence in target markets.
Qualifications
Solid sales and account management skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
Customer relationship and communication abilities, with a focus on active listening, clear presentation, and service-oriented follow-up.
Basic knowledge of apparel or sportswear products, with the ability to understand performance, comfort, and style features.
Proficiency in using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online communication platforms to track and report sales activities.
