About the Role
Drive operational excellence, standardization, digital transformation, productivity improvement, and compliance enhancement across all warehouse operations. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to improve service levels, inventory accuracy, warehouse productivity, cost efficiency, audit readiness, and employee capability while supporting the One Warehouse Operating Model.





Key Responsibilities
1. Warehouse Operational Excellence
Develop and deploy a One Warehouse Operating Model across all warehouse locations.
Establish standardized processes for receiving, storage, dispensing, picking, packing, dispatch, and inventory management.
Drive Lean, Kaizen, 5S initiatives
Lead productivity improvement projects to enhance throughput and resource utilization.
2. KPI Governance & Performance Management
Define and monitor warehouse KPI dashboards including OTIF, Inventory Accuracy, Dock-to-Stock Time, Order Cycle Time, Space Utilization, Productivity per FTE, Cost per Pallet / Shipment, and Audit Compliance Metrics.
Conduct monthly operational reviews and identify improvement opportunities.
Drive data-based decision making through structured dashboards and exception-based management.
