nWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Pega Constellation Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in designing and implementing complex business applications using the Pega platform, with a specialized focus on the Constellation design system.
N Key Responsibilities

- Application Development: Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable applications using Pega's Constellation architecture and UI components. N
- Workflow and Case Management: Architect and build complex workflows, case life cycles, and decisioning logic to meet business requirements. N
- Integration: Lead the design and implementation of integrations with external systems using a variety of protocols, including REST, SOAP, and messaging queues. Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues. N
- Technical Leadership:



Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, conduct code reviews, and enforce Pega best practices to ensure high-quality deliverables. N
- Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and deliver effective solutions. N
- Performance Tuning: Analyze and optimize application performance by using Pega's diagnostic tools (Tracer, PAL, Log Analyzer) and implementing performance best practices. N
- Quality Assurance: Develop and execute unit tests and support system integration and user acceptance testing to ensure the stability and reliability of the application. N
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for all developed solutions. N
