Role Description This is a full-time, in office Business Development Executive role based in Ghaziabad. The position involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and managing the sales pipeline for TallyKonnect’s automation and Connected Banking offerings.



The Business Development Executive will engage with prospective and existing clients, deliver product presentations and demos, and collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions to client needs. Daily responsibilities include maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, preparing proposals, negotiating commercial terms within given guidelines, and ensuring smooth handover to account management or implementation teams. The role also requires staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support continuous improvement in products and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications

Strong new business development and lead generation skills, with experience in identifying prospects and converting opportunities.
Business acumen and understanding of financial or technology solutions, preferably in accounting, banking, or SaaS environments.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to present complex solution
