Your impact
Lead Engineer, as a part of multi-disciplinary projects teams, is responsible to provide design support to technically challenging projects. Engineer would produce structural analysis models/designs and shall be responsible for the technical quality of their own work and would focus on compliance with project objectives, safety, and quality standards. Aware of new technology, latest construction materials, ability to adapt to recent technologies, global markets and learning new stuff.
Qualification
Post Graduate Civil / Structural Engineering 10 to 15 years’ experience.
Professional Engineer / Certifications like ISructE, CEng preferred.
Experience
Experience in Structural Design for Buildings using RC / Steel materials.
Understanding of General Arrangement, RC / Steel detailing drawings and guiding / checking technician work. Experience on conceptualization of structural design based on Architectural concept.

Global Middle east projects experience is mandatory.
Leading a team of Structural Engineers and Designers in the development of calculations, specifications, construction drawings, and the structural model.
Fully understand all structural scope, recognize how that scope is both generated and impacted by other disciplines, and identify scope change.
Develop and manage schedule, budget, and staffing forecasts for the structural scope.
