Role Description The Admission Counselor role is a full-time, on-site position based in Delhi, India. The counselor will guide prospective students and families through the admission process, including explaining programs, entry requirements, fees, and career outcomes. Daily responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings, conducting counseling sessions, and maintaining accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in internal systems.



The role involves coordinating with academic and operations teams, organizing or supporting admission events and seminars, and assisting applicants in completing forms and documentation. The counselor is also expected to meet enrollment targets through ethical counseling practices, provide excellent service to applicants, and represent Career Adda professionally at all times.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Interpersonal Communication and Communication skills to engage with diverse students and families.
Candidates should possess solid Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, resolve concerns, and maintain a positive applicant experience.
