Role Description
The Implementation Engineer will be responsible for end-to-end implementation of POLOXY® ERP at poultry enterprises, ensuring successful deployment,



configuration, and user adoption. Day-to-day tasks include gathering client requirements, mapping business processes, configuring system modules, conducting data migration, and performing on-site testing. The role involves training users, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting implementation issues, and coordinating with internal product and support teams to address client needs. The Implementation Engineer will also prepare documentation, track project milestones, and support continuous improvement of implementation methodologies. This is a full-time, in office role based in Rajgurunagar.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Software Implementation and Project Implementation for enterprise or industry-specific solutions.
Ability to provide Technical Support, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and coordination with development or support teams.
