Role Description The Field Sales Representative (FMCG) is a full-time, hybrid role based in Indore, with a mix of fieldwork and limited work-from-home activities. The role involves visiting retail outlets, distributors, and modern trade stores to promote Pinchkraft products, secure new orders, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.



The representative will ensure proper product placement, availability, and visibility, execute local promotional activities, and collect market intelligence on competitors, pricing, and customer feedback. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, maintaining accurate records of visits and orders, coordinating with internal teams for stock, deliveries, and merchandising materials, and providing regular sales and activity reports. The role also requires educating retailers and customers on product attributes, ensuring adherence to company policies, and supporting brand-building initiatives in the assigned territory.
