Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee end-to-end sales activities for residential and commercial real estate projects in Lucknow in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting site visits, presenting project features, and guiding potential buyers through the sales process from initial inquiry to closure. The role involves building and maintaining relationships with clients, brokers, and other channel partners, tracking sales performance,



and preparing regular reports for management. The Sales Manager will coordinate closely with marketing and project teams to align sales strategies with project timelines, pricing, and customer requirements, while ensuring a qualified and transparent buying experience.
Qualifications

Proven experience in real estate sales or business development, preferably in residential and commercial projects.
Strong client relationship management skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
