As we deliver our ambitious 2030 Growth Strategy, we’re looking for a Applications Scientist to lead Product Validation & Claims Substantiation lab. The incumbent will provide technical services to customers, Troubleshooting & providing solutions on Customer’s formulation using our Actives with the help of data generation.

PG in Cosmetic engineering or related field
Proven expertise in claims substantiation, with strong exposure to customer-facing roles including technical discussions, training sessions, and project support.
Claims Substantiation Expertise: Demonstrated experience in designing and executing claims studies, with hands‑on proficiency in evaluating parameters such as Hair Shine, Tensile Strength etc
Proven experience and understanding of Hair Care & Skin Care ingredients, predominantly for Hair growth, colour, greying, Skin Barrier repair,anti-ageing etc.
Must have valuable oral and written communication skills to be able to represent Croda.
Works well in a team and interact effectively with others.
Familiarity with Hair care & skin care applications and instruments used in the laboratory.
