Role Overview
For the Lab Design and Build vertical, your role will focus on generating leads and converting them into successful deals. You will be aligned with Space Matrix’s goals and objectives, including driving revenue growth, enhancing client retention through exceptional client success, and establishing thought leadership in the industry.
Space Matrix specializes in various lab segments, such as Semiconductor Labs, Clean Room Facilities, Pharma Labs, Chemistry Labs, and R&D; Labs, with a primary focus on fit-out projects.

Client Satisfaction: Client satisfaction is at the heart of our values. You will be responsible for understanding clients' key business drivers and decision-making processes, ensuring that your solutions help them achieve their goals.
Sales & Solutions for Lab Projects: Drive sales and solution activities for lab projects across PAN India, offering comprehensive solutions tailored to clients' needs while working towards achieving Space Matrix’s annual and half-yearly revenue targets for the Lab vertical.
Revenue Targets: You will be responsible for achieving both half-yearly and annual revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
