About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Immigration Sales Consultant with hands-on experience in Canada and Australia immigration sales. The ideal candidate should be confident in client counselling, lead conversion, follow-ups and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound leads and enquiries for Canada & Australia immigration services.
Understand client profiles, requirements and immigration goals.
Counsel clients and recommend suitable immigration pathways.
Explain visa/PR processes, eligibility, documentation, timelines and fees clearly.
Follow up with prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve monthly sales targets.
Handle client objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.
Maintain accurate lead and follow-up records in CRM.




Coordinate with the processing/documentation team after client onboarding.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Stay updated with major changes in Canada and Australia immigration programs.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in Immigration Sales/Consultancy is mandatory.
Hands-on experience in Canada and Australia immigration sales preferred.
Good knowledge of Canada PR and Australia PR processes.
Robust communication, counselling and convincing skills.
Proven ability to convert leads and close sales.
Target-oriented with a strong sales mindset.
Good follow-up and client-handling skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Knowledge of CRM and basic MS Office will be an advantage.
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
