ChefCoat Biryani is looking for a Franchise Development Co-Founder.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial professional who can take ownership of franchise expansion and development and help build ChefCoat Biryani into a scalable multi-city franchise brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Franchise Expansion Strategy
• Identify and acquire potential franchise partners
• Build a strong franchise sales pipeline
• Manage franchise enquiries, meetings and negotiations
• Develop current city & market opportunities
• Build franchise partnerships and strategic relationships
• Support franchise onboarding and expansion
• Create systems for scalable franchise development

Who We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Franchise Development / Franchise Sales
• Excellent networking and communication skills
• Understanding of QSR / Food / Restaurant franchise business




• Strong business development mindset
• Ability to independently build and scale the franchise network
• Entrepreneurial attitude with long-term commitment
