Role Description This is a full-time, in office School Facility Management Software Sales role based in Gurugram. The position focuses on selling facility management and related software solutions to schools and educational institutions, guiding clients through the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.



Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts in alignment with company guidelines. The role involves closely collaborating with internal technical and implementation teams to understand product capabilities and translate them into clear value propositions for school administrators and facility managers. The individual will maintain accurate sales records, track pipeline progress, and build long-term relationships with clients through regular follow-ups, feedback collection, and support coordination.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong sales and business development skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, opportunity management, and negotiation.
