We are looking for a brand manager to effectively handle client servicing and social media marketing. Roles and responsibilities are listed below.

Client Servicing & Brand management:
*Maintain day-to-day client communication & debrief the design & copy team
*Build long-lasting relationships with the client & provide frequent updates with research on clients' products, services, plans, competitors, and target markets.
*Handle client escalations and bring meaningful closure to the issues on a priority basis.
*Provide well-documented briefs from the client to the creative team.
*Ensure timely delivery of creatives, etc. by working closely with the creative team & follow up until the task is completed.




*Assist concerning problems faced in the execution and implementation stages of a project by brainstorming with the creative team.
* Use of AI effectively to reduce work load wherever applicable
* Must be able to write basic copy for social media posts

Social Media:
*Constantly ideate content for social media calendar well in advance & see it through till execution.
*Schedule posts/content in a timely & organized manner.
*Stay on top of trending content & market trends.

A minimum of two years of experience is required.
Knowledge of Meta ads will be considered a plus.
Salary range: up to INR 30,000/- & in office only
