Velric is hiring a highly driven Sales Development Representative to join our Managed Talent team. Velric Managed Talent helps companies identify, evaluate, and hire exceptional talent for their open positions. You will be responsible for generating new business by identifying companies with active hiring needs, reaching decision-makers, starting conversations, qualifying prospects, and booking meetings.
This is a modern, AI-powered outbound sales role. You should be comfortable with cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and high-volume prospecting, while also knowing how to use tools such as Clay, Instantly, Apollo, and other AI, enrichment, and sales automation platforms. You should be able to build prospect lists, enrich data, create personalized campaigns, and automate repetitive outbound processes.
You will manage multiple accounts and campaigns and should be comfortable doing manual prospecting and research when necessary, especially when setting up a new account or campaign.
The expectation is that you can identify opportunities to use AI and automation to make your outbound efforts more scalable and effective.
The ideal candidate is competitive, persistent, highly organized, and comfortable with rejection. You should have strong communication skills, be confident speaking with decision-makers, take ownership of your results, and learn quickly. Previous SDR, BDR, sales, recruiting, business development, or outbound experience is preferred. Hands-on experience with Clay, Instantly, Apollo, or similar tools is a strong plus.
Success will be measured by prospecting activity, qualified conversations, meetings booked, pipeline generated, and revenue influenced. This is a high-ownership role at an early-stage company where your performance will have a direct impact on the growth of Velric Managed Talent.
