A rapid-growing engineering firm in the Power & Industrial Electronics sector, we specialize in designing and manufacturing high-efficiency transformers for renewable energy, EV charging infrastructure, and industrial automation applications. Our team builds next-gen magnetic components that meet global safety, thermal, and reliability standards—serving OEMs and system integrators across India and export markets. Role & Responsibilities

Design and validate dry-type and oil-immersed transformers for industrial and grid-scale applications, ensuring compliance with IEC/IS standards.
Optimize core & winding layouts using FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS Maxwell, FEMM) to improve efficiency, reduce losses, and manage thermal profiles.
Collaborate with procurement and production teams to specify materials (CRGO steel, copper/aluminum windings, insulation systems)



and validate vendor samples.
Prepare detailed technical drawings, BOMs, and test procedures for transformer prototypes and mass production units.
Support field failure analysis and implement design improvements to enhance MTBF and reduce warranty claims.
Lead design reviews with cross-functional teams and clients to align specifications with performance, cost, and timeline goals.
