Our mission is to accelerate India’s clean energy transition by delivering bankable, operationally robust, and technologically advanced solar assets on time and within budget. Role & Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end execution of solar PV projects—from feasibility assessment through commissioning—ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and technical specs.
Coordinate cross-functionally with EPC contractors, equipment suppliers, grid authorities, and internal engineering/finance teams to drive seamless project delivery.
Manage onsite construction activities, including safety compliance, quality control, and stakeholder alignment across multiple geographies.
Prepare and monitor project schedules using MS Project or Primavera, and deliver regular progress dashboards to senior leadership and investors.




Navigate regulatory and permitting landscapes, including MNRE guidelines, DISCOM approvals, and environmental clearances.
Oversee post-commissioning performance validation and handover to O&M; teams, ensuring operational readiness and documentation completeness.
