Role Description The Business Development Manager will lead growth initiatives and partnerships that expand CAP’s presence in the live performance and cultural experiences space. This full time, on-site role in Jaipur involves identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with artists, venues, brands,



and collaborators, and developing strategic proposals and pitch decks. The role includes negotiating and closing deals for live IPs, theatrical gigs, and immersive formats, while analyzing market trends and audience behavior to inform revenue strategies. The Business Development Manager will collaborate closely with creative, production, and marketing teams to align business goals with CAP’s artistic vision and ensure sustainable growth across all verticals.
Qualifications
Business development and sales expertise, including experience with lead generation, pipeline management, and closing strategic partnerships.
Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills with artists, venues, agencies, sponsors, and other cultural partners.
