Role Description The Sales Associate role at Lunik IT is a full-time, on-site position based in Jaipur. The Sales Associate will engage with prospective and existing customers to understand their security and automation requirements and recommend suitable technology solutions. Day-to-day tasks include generating leads, conducting product demonstrations, preparing quotations, and following up to close sales. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of client interactions,



collaborating with technical teams to ensure proper solution delivery, and providing after-sales support to build long-term customer relationships. The Sales Associate is expected to represent Lunik IT’s values of honesty, quality, and service in all customer-facing activities.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in client relationship management, consultative selling, and customer service in a technology or security solutions context.
Basic understanding of security and automation products such as CCTV systems, access control, intrusion alarms, and fire alarm systems, with willingness to learn technical details.
Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts in transparent, accessible language.
