We're building a finance function that stays ahead of the curve - leveraging AI, automation, and modern tooling to operate at the pace Databricks demands. We are looking for two Consolidations Managers to join our Global Accounting team based in India. These are foundational hires - you will own the end-to-end consolidation and intercompany accounting process across Databricks' 23-entity global footprint, build deep SAP Group Reporting expertise during our S/4HANA implementation,



and establish the permanent organisational capability that scales with the business post go-live.

This role blends hands-on consolidation execution with technical accounting judgment. As part of the Global Accounting organisation, you will ensure the accurate and timely production of consolidated financial statements under both US GAAP and IFRS, while partnering closely with International Accounting, Corporate Accounting, Tax, and FP&A; to drive close integrity across all reporting frameworks.

The Impact You Will Have

Own and execute the global consolidation process end-to-end - intercompany reconciliation, elimination entries, currency translation, and multi-entity roll-up across our 23-entity footprint.
Lead multi-GAAP close execution, producing parallel US GAAP and IFRS consolidated books each period, identifying and documenting reconciling differences for audit and leadership review.
