Job Description

We're seeking an Associate Consultant to manage the public relations and client servicing for Entertainment clients. The ideal candidate will manage the day-to-day operations for your clients - Formulate and implement monthly plans, strategize for events and activities, and cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and bloggers.

Client Servicing:
- Manage a portfolio of high-profile clients with confidence and maturity.
- Serve as the primary representative of the firm to clients, media, and vendor partners.
- Develop and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients and media contacts.
- Take full ownership of client accounts, ensuring you are fully informed on all relevant client details.
- Handle media interactions, prepare pitch notes, and proactively monitor opportunities for client placements
- Review and finalize all client documentation, including press releases, plans, and reports, in collaboration with your supervisor.
- Ensure strict adherence to all deadlines and client deliverables.
- Maintain regular communication with clients,



providing updates and insights through various channels.
- Stay well-informed about industry developments that impact clients and use this knowledge to enhance client engagements.

Media & Influencer Relations:
- Represent both the client and the firm in all interactions with media and influencers.
- Analyze trends in traditional and digital media to identify recent opportunities for client exposure.
- Monitor and analyze media coverage of your clients, ensuring comprehensive tracking.
- Conduct regular outreach to media and influencers, fostering positive relationships.

Documentation:
- Ensure all client documentation is of the highest quality and free of errors.
- Develop content ranging from press releases, press notes, press snippets, listicles, spokesperson’s responses, speeches, authored articles based on and accurately reflecting the brand’s editorial messaging, objective, brand image, servic
