Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales Professional role based in Bengaluru South. The Sales Skilled will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and manage relationships with clients, and promote the company’s freight forwarding and logistics services. Daily responsibilities include prospecting leads, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing and following up on quotations, and negotiating commercial terms in line with company guidelines.



The role involves coordinating with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments and high client satisfaction. The Sales Professional will also track sales performance, maintain accurate records in CRM tools, and provide regular reports and market feedback to management.
Qualifications
Demonstrated sales and business development skills, including lead generation, client relationship management, and negotiation.
Knowledge of freight forwarding, logistics, or supply chain operations, with the ability to understand and explain service offerings to clients.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to prepare proposals, respond to inquiries, and interact confidently with diverse stakeholders.
Proficiency in basic office software and CRM tools, with positive organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in office in Bengaluru South, manage a sales pipeline, and meet target
