Role Description The Business Banking Relationship Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Patiala, responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of business banking clients. The role involves acquiring new business customers,



maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and understanding their financing, cash management, and transactional banking needs. The Relationship Manager will recommend appropriate banking products and services, prepare and review credit proposals, coordinate underwriting processes, and ensure adherence to internal risk and compliance standards. Daily activities include monitoring portfolio performance, managing account profitability, resolving client issues promptly, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless service. The role also requires regular market and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and support business growth in the region.
