Role Description The Manufacturing Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Tamil Nadu, India, responsible for overseeing daily shoe production activities on the factory floor. This role manages manufacturing operations to meet output targets, ensures adherence to quality standards, and coordinates production schedules and resources. The Manufacturing Manager supervises production teams, monitors workflows, resolves operational issues,



and implements process improvements to enhance efficiency and safety. The role involves close collaboration with quality control, maintenance, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime, optimize material use, and maintain compliance with company policies. The individual also prepares regular performance reports, supports training and development of staff, and ensures that operational goals align with overall business objectives.
