We're building an international growth operation with a robust focus on the US market — and we're looking for someone who doesn't want a typical internship.

Why This Internship Is Different
You'll work directly with the founding team, including IIT Delhi founders, rather than being buried inside a large organization with five layers of management.
You'll see how founders think about:
Revenue → Customers → Sales → Marketing → Growth → Scale
And you'll be involved in actually building those systems.
TUS works with businesses on $2,000–$5,000/month recurring retainers.
So this isn't about selling ₹500 products or chasing meaningless lead numbers.
You're learning to sell real growth services to real businesses in the US.

Skin in the Game




Here's the part that makes this different.
We don't want to create another internship where you work for three months, receive a certificate, and forget everything you learned.
We want you to understand the economics of what you're doing.
When your work contributes to acquiring a client paying $2K–$5K/month, you're creating recurring revenue for the company.
Strong performers can participate in performance-based profit sharing tied to the business they help generate, subject to the compensation structure agreed upon with the candidate.
In other words:
Your upside isn't completely disconnected from your output.
You create more value → you become more valuable → your potential upside increases.
The exact profit-sharing structure will be discussed during the selection process.

What You'll Actually Do
You'll be part of the outbound sales engine.

Prospecting
Identify high-value businesses in the US.
Research founders
