Role Overview

We are looking for a BDM who can generate their own leads organically and convert them into paying clients. This is not a pure sales or telecalling role—you will be responsible for both lead generation and closing.

Key Responsibilities

Generate qualified leads through organic methods such as LinkedIn, Instagram, cold outreach, networking, referrals, email and other channels.
Identify and approach businesses that need digital marketing and performance marketing services.
Conduct discovery calls and understand client requirements.
Pitch FX Retina's services and prepare proposals.
Handle the complete sales cycle from prospecting → lead generation → follow-up → negotiation → closing.




Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified prospects.
Achieve a minimum ₹2 lakh monthly sales target.
Maintain CRM/pipeline records and provide regular sales reports.
Build long-term relationships with clients and identify upselling opportunities.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in digital marketing sales / business development.
Agency experience is mandatory.
Proven experience selling digital marketing services.
Must have experience generating leads organically — not dependent on paid ads.
Strong experience in prospecting, follow-ups, negotiation and closing.
Positive understanding of services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, websites, lead generation and performance marketing.
Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proven ability to consistently achieve sales targets.
Self-driven and comfortable working independently.

Compensation

Fixed Salary: ₹25,000–₹35,000/month
