EK Engineering is hiring an Export Sales Executive / International Business Development Executive to develop customers and business opportunities across Africa and the Middle East.
This role is ideal for a confident B2B salesperson who enjoys prospecting, speaking with international customers, generating enquiries and closing business.
You will not be limited to handling incoming enquiries. You will be responsible for building the market.

Your responsibilities
You will manage the complete international sales cycle:
Research → Prospect → Contact → Qualify → Quote → Follow up → Negotiate → Close




Your day-to-day work may include:
Researching companies and markets using LinkedIn, Google, databases and industry sources
Identifying decision-makers and potential customers
Making international cold calls
Sending professional email and LinkedIn outreach
Understanding customer requirements and preparing quotations
Following up consistently on enquiries and quotations
Negotiating prices, terms and delivery requirements
Developing distributors, dealers and channel partners
Maintaining an organised sales pipeline and regular activity reports
Coordinating with internal teams to support order execution
