Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee day-to-day warehouse operations, ensure inventory accuracy, and drive operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SAP and advanced MS Excel. Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct daily warehouse activities including inward, receiving, GRN, put-away, storage, picking, packing and dispatch.
Ensure accurate and timely updating of warehouse transactions in SAP & WMS.
Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
Prepare and analyze daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports using advanced MS Excel.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Any Graduate.
1–3 years of relevant warehouse/logistics experience, preferably with supervisory experience.
Solid hands-on knowledge of SAP and warehouse transactions.
Advanced MS Excel skills are mandatory, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, data analysis and MIS reporting.
Knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management System) will be an added advantage.
Good understanding of inventory management, warehouse processes and stock control.
