I’m looking for someone exceptional to lead business development for Aéromé in Delhi NCR.

And before you read further, let me be clear.

This is not a job for someone looking to simply change companies.

This is for someone who wants to build something.

Over the years, Aéromé has grown from an idea into one of India’s leading names in ambient fragrance and scent marketing, working with thousands of businesses and some of the country’s most prestigious brands.

But Delhi NCR is a market with enormous potential.

And I’m looking for someone who has the hunger, network, personality and ambition to help us take the next big leap.

The person I’m looking for:

Someone who doesn’t wait for leads to come in.

Someone who knows how to open doors that others cannot.

Someone comfortable sitting across the table from CXOs, founders, hotel owners, developers, retail heads and decision-makers.

Someone who understands that business development isn’t about sending proposals.

It’s about creating opportunities, building trust and closing business.

You should have:





• Solid experience in B2B Business Development or Sales
• A deep understanding of the Delhi NCR business ecosystem
• The confidence and personality to engage senior decision-makers
• An aggressive approach towards building new business
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• The discipline to manage a pipeline and consistently deliver numbers
• Most importantly — a genuine hunger to win

What you will be responsible for:

Building Aéromé’s business across Delhi NCR.

Identifying new opportunities.

Creating relationships with the right people.

Opening new categories and accounts.

And taking complete ownership of growth in the region.
