Role Description:
This full-time Print Operator role is a hybrid position based in Meerut, with some work-from-home flexibility depending on operational needs. The Print Operator will handle day-to-day print production activities, including setting up and operating printing machines, monitoring print runs, and ensuring jobs are completed on time. Responsibilities include performing basic maintenance, troubleshooting minor printer issues, coordinating with team members on job requirements, and maintaining accurate production records. The Print Operator will also support post-press processes,



follow safety and quality standards, and communicate proactively to meet customer specifications and deadlines.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess skills in Print Production and Printing to manage end-to-end print jobs efficiently.
Candidates should possess skills in Bindery to handle finishing tasks such as cutting, folding, and binding.
Candidates should possess skills in Printer Support to perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of print equipment.
Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to inspect output and ensure alignment with specifications and standards.
Relevant experience in a print shop or manufacturing environment, with familiarity in operating commercial printing machines.
Ability to follow technical instructions, read job tickets, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
