Role Description The Senior Executive – Stores and Logistics role is a full-time, on-site position based in Puducherry.



This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day store operations, including receipt, verification, storage, and issuance of materials, spare parts, and finished goods. The Senior Executive manages inventory levels, maintains accurate stock records, ensures timely inward and outward material movement, and coordinates with production, procurement, and quality teams to support smooth operations. The role also includes planning and organizing logistics activities, arranging transportation, tracking shipments, and ensuring on-time delivery to customers and internal locations while optimizing costs. The Senior Executive is expected to implement and follow standard operating procedures, support audits, maintain safety and housekeeping standards, and contribute to continuous improvement in store and logistics processes.
