We are looking for a visionary Head of Information Technology to lead our technology strategy, digital transformation, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications. This is a leadership role for someone who can build technology as a strategic advantage for the business.

What You Will Do
As the Head of IT, you will:
Define and execute PRAMOD GROUP's enterprise technology strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
Lead the implementation and management of ERP, POS, CRM, HRMS, finance, inventory, procurement, manufacturing, and warehouse systems.
Build and manage secure, highly available cloud infrastructure across stores,



factories, warehouses, and corporate offices.
Drive AI adoption across the organization through automation, analytics, forecasting, and operational intelligence.
Develop executive dashboards and business intelligence for sales, finance, operations, manufacturing, and supply chain.
Lead cybersecurity initiatives including identity management, endpoint security, disaster recovery, backup, and business continuity.
Standardize technology across all current and future outlets.
Manage IT vendors, technology partners, budgets, and enterprise contracts.
Build and mentor a high performing IT team across infrastructure, applications, security, data, and support.
Partner with business leaders to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and profitability through technology.
