Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Back Office Executive role based in Ahmedabad. The Back Office Executive will handle day-to-day office operations, including data entry, record maintenance, and documentation related to gold loan reappraisal activities.



Responsibilities include coordinating with field audit teams and client branches, preparing and updating reports, tracking reassessment and stock verification status, and ensuring accurate filing of audit findings. The role also involves assisting with basic finance-related tasks, supporting internal communication and follow-ups, and maintaining organized digital and physical records. The Back Office Executive will contribute to smooth workflow, timely delivery of reports, and efficient support to audit and client service functions.
Qualifications

Robust Back Office Operations and Office Operations skills to manage data, documentation, and workflow efficiently.
Effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and client representatives clearly and professionally.
Basic understanding of Sales and client service to support relationship management with partner banks and NBFCs.
