Role Description The Solar Sales Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gurugram. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying new leads, meeting prospective customers, and presenting tailored solar solutions for residential, commercial, and institutional clients. Daily activities include conducting site visits, preparing proposals and quotations, explaining technical and financial benefits of solar systems,



and coordinating with internal teams for system design and installation timelines. The Solar Sales Executive will manage the sales pipeline, negotiate contracts, follow up on payments, and maintain long-term customer relationships. The role also involves staying current on solar products, government policies, and incentive programs to advise customers effectively and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications
Demonstrated skills in consultative sales, customer relationship management, and lead generation in a technical or energy-related domain.
Ability to understand and explain basic solar power concepts, system components, and ROI calculations to diverse stakeholders.
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with the capacity to interact confidently with clients on-site.
