Job Title: E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth Manager

We are looking for a highly driven and commercially minded E-Commerce & Marketplace Growth Manager to take ownership of our online sales channels and drive growth across marketplaces, our website, and other digital commerce platforms.

This is not a purely operational role. We are looking for someone who can think like a business owner—someone who can identify opportunities, improve sales, optimise profitability, study competitors, develop new product ideas, and build recent revenue channels.

The ideal candidate will manage and grow our presence across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, our own website, and other relevant marketplaces and aggregator portals.

Key Responsibilities
1. Marketplace Management & Growth
Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and other relevant e-commerce and aggregator platforms.
Create, optimise and manage product listings, including titles, descriptions, keywords, images and product information.
Monitor product performance and identify opportunities to improve sales and visibility.




Plan and execute pricing, discounts, offers, bundles and promotional campaigns.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure inventory availability and minimise stock-outs.
Monitor product ratings, reviews, returns and customer feedback.
Identify underperforming SKUs and develop strategies to improve or discontinue them.
Identify high-performing products and opportunities to scale them.

2. Website Sales & Digital Commerce Growth
Drive sales and growth through the company website.
Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates and customer experience.
Create product bundles, combo offers, trial packs, family packs, premium packs and other initiatives to increase average order value.
Develop cross-selling and upselling opportunities across the product portfolio.
Work with internal and external teams to improve product pages, offers and customer journeys.
