Role Description The Design Lead will oversee end-to-end interior design projects, from concept development to final execution, ensuring alignment with client needs and project objectives. This full-time role is on-site in Hyderabad, where the Design Lead will collaborate with designers, project managers, contractors, and vendors to deliver cohesive, modern design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include leading design workshops, developing mood boards and layouts,



preparing detailed drawings and specifications, and reviewing materials and finishes. The Design Lead will guide the design team, provide feedback on design deliverables, manage timelines and budgets, and coordinate site visits to monitor progress and quality. The role also involves presenting design concepts to clients, incorporating feedback, maintaining documentation, and supporting continuous improvement in design processes and standards.
Qualifications
Demonstrated experience leading interior design projects, including concept development, space planning, and design execution.
Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar) and familiarity with visualization and presentation software.
Strong portfolio showcasing contemporary interior projects that balance aesthetics, functionality, and user experience.
