Yana IVF & Fertility Centre is looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy, performance campaigns, social media, online lead generation and digital brand growth.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for the organisation and individual centres.
Plan and manage Google Ads, Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other digital campaigns.
Generate quality leads for IVF consultations and monitor the complete digital funnel from Lead → Appointment → Consultation → Counselling → IVF Start.
Monitor campaign performance, including CPL, CPA, conversion rate, ROI/ROAS and revenue contribution.
Optimise campaigns based on lead quality, conversion and business outcomes.
Develop monthly social media and content calendars.
Coordinate with graphic designers, video creators, content writers and external agencies.
Plan and coordinate reels, doctor videos, patient education content, testimonials, awareness campaigns and blogs.




Coordinate with doctors and clinical teams to ensure accuracy of IVF and fertility-related content.
Manage website content and coordinate SEO, Google Analytics/GA4 and Search Console activities.
Monitor website traffic, organic leads, keyword performance and landing-page conversions.
Manage Google Business Profiles and improve local digital visibility of centres.
Monitor online reviews, brand reputation and patient engagement.
Analyse lead quality and conversion performance in coordination with the Telecalling and Counselling teams.
Track centre-wise and campaign-wise digital performance.
Conduct competitor analysis and identify recent digital marketing opportunities.
Manage digital marketing agencies and vendors and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
Prepare weekly and monthly digital marketing MIS reports for management.
Manage digital marketing budgets and ensure effective utilisation.
