*Role Description:*

This is a full-time on-site role for the following:

*Architect (Hospitality Projects)*: The role involves detailed knowledge of architectural space planning, conceptualisation and presentation, services co-ordination, GFC documentation and drawings for a range of premium hotel projects spread across the country. Key responsibilities include efficient project management,



client communication and the development of cutting-edge and functional designs tailored to the unique needs of each project.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture
* 1-3 years of work experience in hospitality and institutional projects.
* Relevant experience in hospitality design essential, with the ability to manage both creative and technical aspects of projects.
* Proficiency in relevant CAD, sketchup and Presentation software.
* Strong knowledge of materials and detailing.
* Project Management expertise to oversee project timelines and deliver on objectives.
* Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work in and across teams.
