Role Description The Staff Nurse – Critical Care will provide direct and continuous nursing care to patients in intensive and high-dependency units, ensuring safe, evidence-based practice. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, managing ventilators and other critical care equipment, administering medications, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role involves collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams,



supporting emergency interventions, and educating patients’ families on care plans and recovery processes. This is a full-time, in office role based in Bhinmal, requiring flexible shifts, adherence to hospital protocols, and active participation in quality and safety initiatives.
Qualifications
Clinical nursing expertise in critical care, including patient assessment, monitoring, and intervention skills.
Proficiency in handling ICU equipment such as ventilators, infusion pumps, monitors, and emergency resuscitation tools.
Strong knowledge of infection control practices, medication administration, and documentation standards.
Effective communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Ability to stay calm under pressure, make sound clinical decisions, and respond quickly in emergency situations.
